As the only woman-owned, woman-led general contractor in central Pennsylvania and with women comprising a scant 10% of the construction industry, Jessica has encountered her share of obstacles. However, through relationship building, boots-on-the-ground experience, and listening, she launched her company at age 30, and it's now an award-winning construction services firm.
